Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1 piece(about 9 oz) chicken breast
  2. 1 tablespoon○ cornstarch
  3. 1 tablespoon○ cooking sake
  4. [Mixed Seasonings]
  5. 2 tablespoons● soy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons● sugar
  7. 2 tablespoons● mirin
  8. 2 tablespoons● cooking sake
  9. To taste sesame oil, mayonnaise, shredded seaweed, sesame seeds, etc

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the chicken breast against the grain. Coat it with the ingredients marked with ○.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and arrange the chicken slices to cook on both sides.
