The meat needs to cut from the bone and then cut across the grain into pieces of 1/2 in in thickness. Remove all white tissue and put the meat steaks in cold water for 30 s.

Oil each piece of meat with vegetable oil.

Then put them in a well-heated frying pan.Do not grease the frying pan,and do not add anything-just preheat it.

Carefully turn each piece of meat over after 30 seconds using a tongs.

After another half minute,turn the steaks and fry the meat on all sides for another 10-20 seconds each side.Repeat all steps 3 times,then reduce the heat to a minimum and fry each side for 2 more minutes.

Put the cooked meat on a warm plate and cover for 3 minutes with foil.Season with salt and pepper before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables.
