Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 4American beef ribeye steaks, 1 inch thick (about 8 oz each)
  2. Marinade
  3. 1 cupnon-fat plain yogurt
  4. 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  5. 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  6. 1 tablespoonpaprika
  7. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  10. Salt to taste (optional)

Steps

    Mix the marinade ingredients well in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Place the American beef and half of the marinade in a freezer bag, ensuring both sides are well coated. Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.

  3. 3

    Add mayonnaise to the remaining marinade to make a sauce, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.

  4. 4

    Remove the American beef from the marinade. Discard the marinade in the freezer bag.

  5. 5

    Grill over medium heat using a two-zone fire (19-23 minutes for medium-rare).

  6. 6

    Turn over as needed (be careful not to overcook). You can sprinkle salt to taste if desired.

  7. 7

    Serve with the sauce on the side.
