Easy and Tender Roast Pork with Pork Tenderloin

This is really easy! You can enjoy pork tenderloin that's tender and juicy. It's delicious on its own or in sandwiches!
The origin of this recipe
I wondered if I could cook pork tenderloin deliciously, so I tried making it. I settled on a simple seasoning!

The origin of this recipe
I wondered if I could cook pork tenderloin deliciously, so I tried making it. I settled on a simple seasoning!
Steps
- 1
Preparation
Bring the pork to room temperature.
Slice the garlic. - 2
Season the pork with salt and pepper, and let it sit.
(The photo shows a double portion) - 3
In a pot, add olive oil and garlic, and sauté over low heat until fragrant.
- 4
Add the pork and sear until browned.
- 5
Once browned, add the ingredients marked with ★.
- 6
After it boils, simmer for about 3 minutes, then cover and let it sit for 1 hour with the heat off. Turn it over halfway through.
- 7
If using a regular pot or deep frying pan, cover tightly with aluminum foil before closing the lid!
- 8
Remove the meat and reduce the sauce to make a glaze!
- 9
Slice thinly and use in sandwiches!
- 10
In step 6, I added the expression 'with the heat off'.

Thank you, Morinokofu, for the lovely feedback. It was a bit unclear, wasn't it...
