In a bowl, add the egg white and gradually add the honey while beating to make a stiff meringue.

In a separate bowl, add softened butter and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the meringue from step 1 to the butter mixture, mixing on low speed with a mixer.

Add the rum to the mixture and mix on high speed until it becomes a smooth cream.

Finally, add the vanilla bean and mix. It's ready! Store in the refrigerator.
