Dad's Homemade Pizza
Fresh made crust topped with home grown ingredients!
Cooking Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside.

Mix flour, hot water, oil and sugar on low speed with a dough hook.

Add yeast mixture.
- 4
Add enough additional flour to get a smooth texture.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for 25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly oil pizza pan. Press dough into pan. Bake for 12 minutes.

Turn oven up to 400°. Top with sauce, cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni, olives, etc. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until toppings start to brown and cheese is bubbly.
