Super Easy Pistachio Cream D&D Style

I love DEAN & DELUCA's pistachio cream, but it's expensive, so I tried making it myself. Just 3 ingredients and 15 minutes! I love DEAN & DELUCA's pistachio cream, but at 1600 yen a jar, it's pricey! I wanted to use it generously without worrying about the cost, so I tried making it and it turned out great. I uploaded the recipe as a note. You can make it for under 300 yen!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Shell the pistachios. It's okay to leave the thin skin on. I used a 100g pack from the Aeon brand. The photo shows the Daiso brand.
- 2
Once shelled, you'll have about 50g. Half of it is the shell... (≡д≡) Grind the nuts into a powder using a blender or mill.
- 3
Put the sugar and heavy cream in a small pot and heat over medium heat. Stir constantly with a rubber spatula for about 5 minutes while it bubbles.
- 4
Keep stirring to prevent burning. It will thicken and turn yellowish. Stop the heat when you can briefly see the bottom of the pot with the spatula.
- 5
Add the pistachio powder and heat on low for 1 minute while stirring. It's done! Transfer to a sterilized jar while hot and let it cool.
- 6
It's runny when hot, but it will become creamy once cooled. It will get firmer in the fridge.
- 7
Spread it on bread or crackers and enjoy! The roasted pistachio flavor will spread, and you won't be able to stop eating your morning bread (laughs).

My Own Pistachio Ice Cream My Own Pistachio Ice Cream
I love pistachios!I had pistachio ice cream before and I wanted to eat it again~!However, no stores nearby sold it... If you have pistachio paste, you can make it rather easily, but it's expensive...So, after many trials and errors, with some simple ingredients I made it~!This is the recipe that I arrived at.I really don't like to do dishes so I just gently wiped the mixer I used in Step 2, and used it again in Step 3, and then again in Step 4.As for the color of the ice cream, I used only enough to change the color of the pistachios. The picture on top and in Step 5 is the powder version. The picture in Step 4 uses the nuts. (Overall, even with the pictures, they are still different.) Recipe by saco mama cookpad.japan -

Pistachio Pudding Pie Pistachio Pudding Pie
The closest you can get to eating a cloud. I can eat nearly the whole thing. It’s a shame that I didn’t have pistachios when I decided to make this, but I used some honey roasted peanuts and it seemed to heat the mark. Feel free to use cool whip if you don’t have the time or energy to whip cream by hand. I’ll say that I was rather annoyed while making this, but I was relieved and satisfied when it was completed.
