Gluten-Free Noodles (Miso Flavor)

I tried gluten-free ramen made from rice flour.
About this recipe:
I wanted to make unique gluten-free rice noodles. They taste so good, you wouldn’t even know they’re made from rice flour unless someone told you.

Steps
- 1
These are rice noodles from a Gifu Prefecture manufacturer (with soup included).
- 2
The noodles are bent, so straighten them out. (Prepare the soup by adding boiling water.)
- 3
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- 4
Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold running water to remove any stickiness. Blanch briefly.
- 5
Serve with the toppings and soup.
