Ingredients

8 servings
  1. --broth and beef--------
  2. 3 poundsground beef
  3. 2 poundschopped carrots
  4. 2large diced onions
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  7. 30 ouncescanned beef broth
  8. 1 teaspoongranulated Garlic powder
  9. ----Thickener---------
  10. 1 cupgram flour / chickpea flour
  11. 1 stickbutter
  12. 1/4 cupextra Virgin olive oil
  13. --Topping--------
  14. 1/2 teaspoonground white pepper
  15. 2 tablespoonschopped parsley flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Add carrots, broth, onions, spices, and beef to a pot. Boil for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust spices to your liking!

    Melt the butter and add flour and make a Roux make it a loose roux. Stir till smooth

    Spread the casserole into a 9x13 baking pan.

    Add roux in and mix thoroughly

    Add parsley and pepper on top bake for 40-45 minutes.

    Let rest 10 minutes
