Moist and Crispy Apple Cookies

Cooking Instructions
- 1
These are the 5 ingredients!
- 2
Peel the apples and cut them into quarter slices.
- 3
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.
- 4
Mix in the sugar.
- 5
Mix in the vegetable oil.
- 6
Sift the flour and mix it in. (I usually skip sifting because it's a hassle, haha)
- 7
Add the pre-cut apples to the bowl and mix. The batter should stick to the apples.
- 8
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Spread it evenly to avoid uneven baking.
- 9
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 35 minutes.
- 10
It's done baking! A slight browning on the surface makes it fragrant and delicious.
- 11
Once cooled, cut with a knife to finish! Great job!
