Ingredients

Serves 2-3 servings

  2. 1/3 cupall-purpose flour (about 40-50 grams)
  3. 1/3 cupbeer (80 ml)
  4. as neededMayonnaise,

  7. 2spring roll wrappers
  8. 4green beans
  9. as neededCherry tomatoes,
  10. as neededOil for frying,
  11. 1 pinchCornstarch mixed with water,

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the corn off the cob with a knife, trying not to crush the kernels.

    In a bowl, mix the flour with the beer, then add the corn. Place this mixture on a 2-inch square piece of parchment paper.
