Ingredients

  1. Potatoes (however many)
  2. Olive oil
  3. Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse potatoes and pierce the skin several times with a fork.

    Place all the potatoes in a large (gallon) zip lock bag. Pour olive oil in, close bag and move potatoes around until all are coated with oil.

    Place potatoes on a cookie sheet, and sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Flip potatoes and sprinkle other side with salt & pepper. Bake in preheated oven as directed in next step.

    Baking times: 45 mins at 400 degrees. 60 mins at 350 degrees. Or 90 mins at 325 degrees.

    When finished baking, slice down middle and top with butter and sour cream or any of your favorite toppings!
