Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the carrot, onion, and garlic. Slice the scallions thinly. Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.

Once fragrant, add the carrot and onion. When they start to cook, add the ground meat and sauté. When the color changes, add the red wine.

Continue to sauté until the meat is crumbly, then add the yakiniku sauce and cook until the liquid evaporates. Add the scallions and quickly sauté.

Top the rice with the meat soboro and finish with a sprinkle of sliced scallions!
