Bibimbap Meat Soboro with Secret Sauce

I love eating this with rice wrapped up in lettuce or steamed cabbage. It's got such a strong taste that it's delicious when cold and great for a bento.
Season the meat before stir-frying, then cook. Add the sesame oil last to retain the fragrance. If you make this with finely ground meat, it will become more filling. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the meat, secret sauce, garlic, water, and pepper in a frying pan or pot and mix well.

- 2
Turn on the heat and cook while mixing until it becomes crumbly. Once the liquid simmers off and the meat is coated, turn off the heat and add the sesame oil.
- 3
Depending on your meat, there may be a lot of fat. In this case, use a paper towel to sop it up, then add the sesame oil. It'll taste lighter this way.
- 4
Prepare it so that a little of the liquid remains. You've made fluffy meat soboro. If you have over-simmered it, add some sake or water.
- 5
[Note] If you don't have sauce, prepare it as follows: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, and a pinch of umami seasoning.

Easy Bibimbap with Yakiniku Sauce Easy Bibimbap with Yakiniku Sauce
My older sister taught me a delicious bibimbap recipe, which I rearranged a bit for this version.Use any kind of meat you like! You can add some shredded carrot if you like (flavored in the same way as the bean sprouts).I prefer the rice to be on the firmer side for this. Bibimbap Noodles With Vegetable Namul and All-Purpose Korean Sauce Bibimbap Noodles With Vegetable Namul and All-Purpose Korean Sauce
I attempted to make a salty-sweet and sour sauce...and came up with this seasoning. The ingredient amounts are easy to remember; the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and ground sesame seeds amounts are all the same. Since you can store it in the refrigerator, not only can you use it with cold noodles, you can add it to other ingredients as-is or saute it for various Korean type dishes. I topped this dish with lots of vegetables and changed the rice to cold noodles.Since the bean sprouts contain a lot of moisture, if you coat the ingredients with sesame oil first, they won't get too mushy. The namul can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days, so I made a larger amount without wasting ingredients. I used moderately sweet gochujang "Haechandle," as shown in the photo in Step 1. Fluffy & Crumbly Egg Soboro for Bibimbap Fluffy & Crumbly Egg Soboro for Bibimbap
If you prepare this egg soboro and keep it stocked, then all you have to do is top it on whatever you want. I often make this when I come home late from work. Since the egg is cooked through, you could pack it in your bento! I even bought a round bento box just to use for this.If you spread out the ends of the chopsticks while stirring the egg, it will create a very fine soboro. I make this egg ahead of time and keep it on hand. Of course you can also make it right before you need it. If doing that, you can make a half-cooked scrambled egg or even a fried egg! Bibimbap with Bulgogi Beef Bibimbap with Bulgogi Beef
Every time I would order this amazing Korean rice bowl I was always amazed by how every item is perfectly cooked and plated and separated. So I had tried to make this amazing dish at home with a gochujang sauce. After a few tweaks and adjustments I think I have gotten something very close to restaurant quality. It seems like a lot of steps and ingredients but its more chopping and slicing than anything else. Spice Mix -
