Boil the eggs in boiling water for 10–11 minutes.
This recipe uses large eggs straight from the fridge.

Once the eggs are done, cool them under running water and peel them while still warm.
Chop the eggs finely.
You can also mash them with a fork if you prefer.

While the eggs are still warm, add the butter and mix until combined.
Next, add all the ★ seasonings and mix well.
If the flavor is too mild, adjust the seasonings here!

Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread. Divide the egg mixture into 4 portions and place in the center of 4 slices of bread, piling it up generously. Top with the remaining bread slices and gently press the edges.

Carefully cut each sandwich in half with a knife.
Placing the filling in the center helps prevent it from spilling out the sides.
