Cooking Instructions

Cook the ground meat in a skillet. Once browned, add the seasoning ingredients marked with ★ and mix to flavor the meat.

Remove the meat and add vegetable oil to the empty skillet. Reduce to low heat, then add garlic, doubanjiang, and gochujang. Cook until fragrant.

Pour in the soy milk, then season with miso and chicken bouillon powder. Stir in the ground sesame seeds at the end.

Boil the noodles and baby bok choy for topping.

Pour the soup over the cooked noodles, top with the seasoned meat and baby bok choy, and drizzle with chili oil to finish.
