Ingredients

Makes 2 servings
  1. 1/4 cuprice flour (about 30g)
  2. 1 teaspoonsoy flour (kinako) (about 5g)
  3. 1-1 1/2 teaspoonsraisins (about 3g to 5g)
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder (about 3g)
  5. 1/4 cupsweet sake and milk mixture (about 50ml)
  6. 1small amount of ground sesame seeds
  7. Baking powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Soak the raisins in hot water.

  2. 2

Bring the steamer to a strong boil until it is steaming vigorously. This is important.

  3. 3

Once the raisins are plump, chop them finely and mix all the ingredients together. Do not overmix.

  4. 4

After mixing, pour the batter into silicone cups or similar molds and place immediately in the steamer. Steam for 12 to 14 minutes.

  5. 5

Insert a toothpick, and if it comes out clean, it's done.

  6. 6

I adjusted the baking powder from 2g to 3g.
