Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  • 2 1/2 cupsrice (about 500 grams)
  • 4 1/4 cupswater (1 liter)
  • 4 1/4 cupsmilk (1 liter)
  • 1 canevaporated milk
  • 1large can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cupwalnuts (about 50 grams)
  • 1large pot

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix everything at the same time in a very deep pot so you can leave it on the heat without it spilling over. Cook on high heat for the first 15 minutes, then on low heat for the remaining 15 minutes.

    Check that the rice is soft and ready to enjoy.
