Steps

Make a dough of dalda, salt, flour & ajwain. Make a hard dough out of it

Make a batter of gram flour, salt, egg, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, rice flour and pepper powder. Marinate it with fish for 10-15 minutes and then deep fry it in hot oil till golden brown and crisp

Make a mixture of corn, tomato ketchup, salt, chilli powder and pepper powder

Make flat roundels of the dough and place the fried fish, corn mixture and sliced onions and seal it like a wrap
- 5
Fry it in hot oil till crisp golden brown and serve it with tartar sauce or ketchup
