Take ghee in a pan add vermiceli and Roasted on slow flame till in changes the color then remove it in the aside.

In the same kadai add water when water boil add vermiceli and mix well. When water evaporates add sugar and chopped dry fruits.and cardamom powder netmug powder and saffron and mix well. When sugar dissolves.
