Ingredients

  1. 4boneless pork loins
  2. 1 cuppanko
  3. 2 tbspdijon mustard
  4. 2 tspthyme
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tsppepper
  7. 2 tbspcoconut oil
  8. 1 lbgreen beans
  9. 4garlic cloves
  10. 2 tbspolive oil
  11. 1/4 cupshredded parmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425. Toss green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt & pepper. Roast 10-15 min. Toss with parmesean.

  2. 2

    Slice pork loins horizontally. Coat both sides with mustard and dip in panko, thyme, salt, pepper mixture.

  3. 3

    Heat coconut oil and sautée pork 3-4 mines each side
