Chop the cabbage into 1/2-inch (about 1 cm) pieces and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let sit.

Add the ground chicken, soy sauce, ginger paste, and chicken bouillon powder to a bowl. Mix well.

Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage and mix it with the chicken mixture.

Wrap the filling in the gyoza wrappers, making sure not to overfill. Place the wrapped gyoza on plastic wrap dusted with potato starch (or cornstarch).

Heat oil in a skillet, arrange the gyoza, and cook until the bottoms are golden brown. Add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.

Once fully cooked, they're ready to serve!
