Steps
- 1
Boil and grate raw bananas. Put oil in a pan and when it gets hot add dabeli masala and sweet chutney to it and mix well.
- 2
Then add grated bananas and salt to it and mix well. Add pomegranate and masala shing to it and turn off the gas and mix well.
- 3
Fill the prepared stuff into canapes. Press it gently. Place directly in hot oil and fry. Do not turn it. Once it is fried, take it in to a plate and apply mithi chutney on it.
- 4
Then add masala shing, pomegranate and sev and serve immediately. I have not used garlic chutney or onion for making Jain, if desired it can be used in stuffing and garnishing.
