Ingredients

  • 1/3 cuprice flour (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoontempura flour (10 g)
  • 1/4 cupall-purpose flour (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoonsweet rice flour (10 g)
  • 3 tablespoonscornstarch (25 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder (3 g)
  • 1/3 teaspoonsalt (2 g)
  • 1 tablespoonsugar (15 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder (2 g)
  • 2/3 cupcold water (160 ml)
  • 1 pinchblack sesame seeds
  • 4bananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and let the batter rest for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cut the bananas in half, place them in a bag, and gently flatten them with a knife.

  3. 3

    Dip the bananas in the batter, deep-fry until golden, let cool slightly, then fry again for extra crispiness.
