Ingredients

  • 1 blockfried tofu
  • 1king oyster mushroom
  • 1 cancoconut milk (about 1/2 cup or 125 ml)
  • 1mix of green vegetables: bitter melon, eggplant, long beans, carrot, pineapple, baby corn, broccoli
  • Seasonings: vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, bouillon powder

    Cut all the vegetables into pieces. Add a little oil to a pot, then add the vegetables and stir-fry until slightly browned.

    Add the tofu. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon water, and 1 teaspoon bouillon powder. Stir well and pour over the vegetables, mixing to combine. Then add the can of coconut milk and simmer on low heat until the liquid is just covering the vegetables.
