1/2 cupButter
2 cupsFlour
1/2 cupSuperfine sugar
1 tspVanilla extract

Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

Preheat oven at 180 C.

Rub flour and butter together with finger tips until it resembles crumbs.

Add in sugar and extract.

Knead to make a dough.

Roll out the dough.

Cut out hearts with a cutter.

Arrange hearts on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until light golden.

Leave to cool.

Serve straight away.
