
Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add the chicken breasts, chopped onions, and enchilada sauce to crockpot & cook for a couple of hours or until chicken is done.

When the chicken is cooked, shred with two forks.

Lay out a flour tortilla, put on chicken enchilada mixture from crockpot, cheese, and wrap up. Repeat until chicken mixture is gone, layer each side by side in a greased pan. Top with cheese or extra sauce if you want

Put in oven for 20 min or until done & serve with sour cream or whatever is your preference.
