Turn on your ovens broiler & start to boil a pot of water with some salt in it.

Drizzle olive oil in pan.

Chop onion, mince garlic, and break fresh mozzarella ball up into chunks.

Put pasta in when water is boiling.

Drizzle olive oil in pan and add chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir occasionally until onion is soft and see through.

Add beef, the can of diced tomatoes, oregano, shredded mozzarella pieces (or save some for the end to use as a topping) and red chili pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper and stir until no meat is pink. When pasta is done boiling, drain and add to pan. Take off heat.

Grease the baking pan, and add the mixture from the pan to the baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella cheese or any remaining fresh mozzarella chunks.

Broil at 500 until cheese is melted and browning.
