I just love this particular soup cos of the taste and its easy to cook.
Steps

Wash your waterleafs, cut in pieces, (grind your okazi leaf with crayfish and pepper)keep to drain off water.

Wash your protein, cook together with your stock fish, wait for 5 mins, add the periwinkl, allow to boil them add your grounded crayfish and add oil, allow to boil, add seasonings (maggi).

Add your waterleaf, stir and cover to boil for 2 mins then add your grounded okazi. stir well, add salt to taste. if it's too dry, add a little water. let it boil for 5mins. then serve with either fufu or eba.
