Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 7 ozrigatoni (about 200 grams)
  • 1 3/4 ozgorgonzola mixed with mascarpone (about 50 grams)
  • 1 3/4 ozgrated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 1 3/4 ozDolomiti cheese or another mild semi-soft cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 1 3/4 ozsmoked scamorza cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 1little butter

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, cut the smoked scamorza and Dolomiti cheese into cubes.

  3. 3

    Drain the pasta when it's al dente and place it in a baking dish. Add the gorgonzola and let it melt slightly over the pasta.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
