Ingredients

  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 cupolive oil
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Pinchbaking soda
  7. Water as needed until the dough is firm
  8. Filling:
  9. 2.2 lbschicken breast, sliced thinly
  10. Marinated in 1 cup of any type of vinegar
  11. 1lemon, finely chopped
  12. 4 tablespoonsfinely chopped parsley
  13. 1large onion, finely chopped
  14. Sauce:
  15. 1 tablespoonyogurt
  16. 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  17. Chicken spices
  18. Salt to taste
