  2. 1 cupsweet corn
  3. 4Cheese cubes
  4. Salt
  5. 2 tspred chilli powder
  6. Coating
  7. 1 cupBread crumbs
  8. Slurry
  9. 4 tbsMaida
  10. Water
  11. Frying
  12. 2 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind fresh corn, add boiled potatoes, red chilli,salt,add bread crumbs or maida to make the mixture firm.

    Make in to ball stuff it with cheese dip in maida slurry and roll in bread crumbs,

  3. 3

    Heat oil in pan and deep fry the corn balls.serve hot with chutney or sauce.
