Take the cores out of the zucchini and clean the insides

Pour hot water on the rice and leave it for 20 minutes

Cook the meat on the stove with a spoon of vegetable oil until brown

Mix the rice, cooked meat, vegetable oil, spices and salt together
- 5
Fill the zucchini with the rice leaving space for an inch of your thumb and close it with a piece of tomato

Make tomato juice by blending one can of crushed tomatoes, two peeled tomatoes, tsp of tomato puree, half tsp of salt and a tsp of lemon juice, and water as needed

Arrange the zucchini in a pan, add salt to taste, pour tomato juice until zucchini is 3/4 covered, and put a plate on top as weight

Boil for 45 minutes to 1 hour on medium heat.
Check regularly to see if zucchini is cooked and soft to insert a fork.
