Oats Payasam
Steps

Add ghee in a pan, add fry fruits and saute them, till they turn reddish-brown.

Heat ghee in a pan, add oats, cardamom and roast it. Then add freshly grated coconut and roast it as well.

Once it turns red brown, add milk into it and cook it.

Add sugar as per requirement and cook it, until oats puff up. Add the sauted dry fruits into it.

Tasty and yummy😋 oats payasam is ready.
Enjoy it hot or cool.
