Paneer Paratha is stuffed flatbread made with a whole wheat flour dough and filled with Savory, spicy, grated panner stuffing. It is one of the most popular from Panjab and usually made for breakfast.
Steps

Take a large bowl and add paneer, cumin powder, aamchur, chilli powder, ginger, coriander leaves and salt and mix well.and paneer stuffing is ready.keep it aside.

Now,in a large bowl add wheat flour, salt, ajwain and mix well.knead to a smooth and soft dough adding water as required.grease oil and rest for few minutes.

Now pinch a ball sized dough and roll about 4 stuffing in the centre and place prepared paneer stuffing in the centre and join the plates together and secure tight pinching off excess dough.

On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute.also, brush Ghee and cook both sides properly.

Finally,serve hot panner paratha with sauce or pickle or curd.

Tips:
1-Use fresh paneer
2-you can add kasuri methi in paneer stuffing.
3-If the tawa is not heated properly,it may stick to the tawa and cannot be easily flipped.
