Wash and dice your tomatoes

Wash and dice your onions

Put the 3 tablespoons of oil in a fry pan and allow to heat for 1 min

Put the tomatoes and onions into to fry pan and allow to fry for 5minutes

Break your eggs into a bowl

Add your maggi and your dried pepper into the egg

Beat it together

Pour into the fry pan where the tomatoes and onions are

Mix together and allow to fry for 5mins

Tomatoe omelette can be eaten with bread,yam or rice
