Ingredients

  • 4 piecerusset potato, boil till soft
  • 4 piecehard-boiled eggs
  • 1 piecered onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunchspring onion, chopped
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • to tastesalt ans pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the soft boiled potato into medium chunk

  2. 2

    Cut the hard boiled egg into 4 piece piece chunk

  3. 3

    Mixed them all together in a bowl,add red onion,spring onion,white vinegar, lemon juice,olive oil, salt and pepper and tost them all till mix
