Authentic DAL Spinach

Steps

Wash the spinach

Boil spinach with water, Dal,Onion, Tomoto, Green chilli and one spoon of oil in cooker.

Shift that mixture into pot vessel

Grind it well with wooden stick
- 5
After that, take one pan with little amount of oil, mustard and red chilli.

Fry for few seconds and add that mixture to spinach
- 7
Again grind the mixture once again well with wooden stick
- 8
Serve with Ghee on top of spinach gravy for better taste.
