  • 100 gmsemolina
  • 70 gmghee
  • 80-100 gmas per taste
  • 200 gmmilk /water
  • 8-10kaju (Chopped)
  • 6-7badam (chopped)
  • 2elaichi powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients together.

    In a karahi, heat ghee and add suji.

    Suji until it turns slightly pink.

    Add water or milk.

    Stir well.

    Add sugar.

    Cook on high flame, stirring constantly.

    Add dry fruits.

    Mix well, cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add echaichi powder.
