In large bowl combine 3 cups flour, 2 TBSP yeast. Mix well. Add salt, oil and water. With electric mixer, mix well for 2-3 minutes. Add remaining flour and mix with a wooden spoon until dough is not too sticky and its smooth.

Place in lightly greased bowl and over with damp cloth.

Let stand 10 minutes. Punch down dough and recover.

Repeat 4 times.

Divide dough in half. Roll out like for cinnamon rolls. Roll dough up and tuck under ends.

Place on greased baking sheet. Slash top of bread 3 times diagonally before it rises.

Let rise for 20-30 minutes on pan.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and not doughy.

Let cool for several minutes before slicing.
