Mix besan rawan haldi sugar and oil in a vessel

Then add curd and water as required

Now add ginger garlic paste and salt mix well

Keep aside for 10 min

After 10 min add eno. Mix it well and pour mixture in idli stands mould

Steam it for 7 min

Now enjoy yummy idli dokla with tomato sauce.
