Today I am going to share summer special Karnataka style raita recipe.
Steps

Blanch spinach, ginger and green chilli in boiling water and immediately keep in cold water.

Take curd, spinch, ginger, green chilli and coconut in mixture jaar. Graind it and transfer in bowl.

Add salt to taste and water to adjust consistency.
- 4
Heat ghee in tadka pan and add mustard seeds and let it crackel. Now add curry leaves, asafoetida and dry red chilli.

Pour this tadka on curd mixture. Tambuli is ready to serve. Enjoy it
