Cook rice with salt to taste in a pressure cooker.

In a wok, take 2 tsp ghee, add cumin seeds. Once seeds start to crackle, add chopped cabbage, capsicum & green peas. Saute on high flame. Add chopped cottage cheese & saute for 2-3 mins. Add salt & 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and mix well.

Now, add cooked rice & mix. Serve hot with curry or soup.
