Baked Pasta with Zucchini

In a pot, heat olive oil with the garlic and chili pepper. Add half of the zucchini, cut into chunks, and sauté briefly. Add just enough water to cover, then cook until tender.

When cooked, remove the chili pepper and garlic. Blend the mixture, season with salt, and stir in the béchamel sauce.

Slice the remaining zucchini into rounds and fry them (you can also use an air fryer).

Cook the pasta, then toss it with half of the zucchini sauce and some of the Parmesan cheese.

In a baking dish, layer the pasta with diced mozzarella and provolone, the fried zucchini, and Parmesan cheese.

Finish with the remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
