Peel off and cut the papaya in 2 parts. Remove the seeds and shredded the papaya.

Heat the oil on medium flame.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and pinch of hing.When the mustard seeds are cracked add the chilli pieces and curry leaves. Saute it.

Add the haldi,salt and shredded papaya. Mix well and switch off the flame. add the chilli powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Mix well. - 4
Raw Papaya Chutney is ready to serve This tasty chutney is very popular in gujrat.
Serve with lunch, dinner, snacks.
