Honey Chilli Lotus Stem

Wash and peel off the Lotus Stem and cut in
the round like chips. Heat the 1 cup water and add the salt. Keep the chips in hot water for 5 minute. - 2
Heat the oil on medium flame. Drain the chips and keep in the oil one by one for frying.

Fry the chips till crunchy and golden brown. then remove in the plate.

Add the chat masala, chilli powder and honey. Mix well
