This is a protein rich super food recipe also very easy and quick to make.
Steps

Start by splitting the skin of gram and grind into powder. This is also called Sattu.

Add the sattu to the ghee and roast for few mins.or till little colour change. Add chopped dryfruits.

Cook it for 5 mins. Mix it well. Let it cool to room temperature.

Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix nicely.
- 5
Make small laddus from the mixture, garnish with dryfruits. You can add little ghee if needed. Enjoy super healthy and delicious sweet.
