Take murmure in a big bowl. Put kadai on the medium flame add oil,let it warm add peanuts and fry it on medium flame remove it in the murmure bowl,now fry bengal gram.add this into bowl

Now in the same oil add chopped garlic,curry leaves,asafoetida, fry this for 1 to 2 min now add mustard seeds, jeera Turmeric powder, chilli powder,salt mix it well turn off the flame at the end add powder sugar mix it well and add this to the murmure bowl and stir it well mix well with hand.

Your puffed murmure bhadang is ready to serve its yummy

A bowl of murmure is good for evening snacks,you can add onion,coriander leaves, and squeeze half lemon juice or have it as it is..it's very tasty and healthy.no weight gain...
