Wash the poha thoroughly with water and set aside.

In a pan, Add oil and allow it to heat. Now add peanuts, mustard seeds & chana dal once mustard seeds crackles add curry leaves.

Add asafoetida and onion. Saute till onion translucent.

Now add capsicum and massala mentioned above with salt and mix well.

Add washed poha to this and mix till all the ingredients are well combined.

At last add lemon juice and give it a good mix. Finally, poha is capsicum poha is ready. Serve hot with tea.
