Crispy Potato Fry

Today I have made tasty crispy snacks with potato.
It's very easy to make.
Steps

Take a bowl add rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt mix it well then add water gradually and make a thin batter. Peel the potato and cut into slices with the help of a slicer and keep into water with salt for 15-20 minutes.

Now remove the potato slices from water and slightly fold and prick into the skewer, as shown in fig. Then coat them with rice flour mixture with the help of a spoon.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and fry them on medium heat till golden brown and crispy then take out.

Serve it hot, sprinkle little red chilli powder and serve with sauce.
